Ingredients
1 lb raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
8 oz rice noodles, chow mein noodles, or spaghetti (pre-soaked or cooked per package)
2 cups broccoli florets (or bell peppers, snap peas)
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp fresh ginger, minced
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp cornstarch mixed with 1 tbsp wate
2 tbsp oil
Procedure
Soak or cook noodles until just tender; drain and set aside.
Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch slurry for sauce.
Heat 1 tbsp oil over high heat in wok or skillet. Cook shrimp 1–2 minutes per side until pink; remove.
Add remaining oil, garlic, ginger; stir 30 seconds.
Add broccoli; stir-fry 2–3 minutes.
Add noodles, shrimp, and sauce; toss 1–2 minutes until coated and hot.
