Tunney's Pasture Animated Gif Goodness

I stopped by the Tunney's Pasture open house today but ended up chatting with the regulars more than really thinking about Tunney's. I'm out of gas tonight for an actual blog post, but here's some highlights:

• All the residential is on Parkdale. The development won't animate the rest of the site much outside of working hours.
• Are they selling the land on Parkdale, or leasing it like the NCC at Lebreton flats? If the latter, what about cash-in-lieu for parkland. Or actually creating the parkland.
• What does "active recreational area mean"? Is that sand and volleyball nets or more like city parks?
